When the screw oil press is running, the processed oil enters the press chamber from the hopper. The material embryo is continuously pushed inwards from the press screw to press. Correct installation method of screw oil press, screw multi-function oil press and small screw oil press:

Before installing the screw oil press, clean the newly purchased oil press. Take out the main shaft, remove the upper press cage, and use abrasive cloth to polish the outer and inner surfaces of the press screw and the screw feeder. All lubricating parts shall be filled with lubricating grease. The type and brand of lubricating oil added in the gearbox shall meet the requirements of the manual. After the round row is polished and cleaned, it should be arranged according to the original position when installing the machine, and cannot be staggered, because the arrangement position and order of the round row have a great relationship with the oil extraction performance. After the round row is installed in the machine, press it tightly with the compression nut, and the degree of compression is appropriate to ensure that the disc can wriggle during oil extraction. After the above treatment, the oil press can be fixed on the foundation with anchor bolts. During installation, the belt pulley of the motor should be aligned with the belt pulley of the oil extractor, with proper position, correct rotation direction, and the tightness of the drive belt should be adjusted properly.
