      There are many kinds of oil press equipment. Choosing the right oil press equipment is the first and important step in our oil press business, but the next step is the filtration. No matter how small the business is, we need to operate carefully, and we need to focus on the allocation of oil filters. Different types of oil presses require different oil filters.

      For example, the oil press equipment can be divided into automatic oil press, hydraulic oil press and screw oil press. The oil filters required for these oil presses are different, which is a big classification. Subdivision can be divided into hydraulic automatic oil press and manual oil press, spiral strip row and circular row. Therefore, these types of equipment need to be equipped with different oil filters in order to achieve twice the result with half the effort. If equipped with inappropriate oil filters, it will be light and inefficient, but it will not be used at all.

      In principle, the equipment should follow the oil extraction direction and use the original sedimentation method, that is, use the natural sedimentation process without any oil filter. Most of the equipment required is a stainless steel barrel. The hydraulic oil press is equipped with a pneumatic oil filter or a vacuum oil filter. Because it is safe, the hydraulic oil filter belongs to low temperature oil press, and the temperature is low. It is more convenient to filter with a filter screen. The screw oil press is suitable because it is equipped with a centrifugal oil filter. Because the centrifugal oil filter has high efficiency and is convenient to use, it can filter the high-temperature oil very thoroughly.
