Working principle of vacuum oil filter
Working principle of vacuum oil filter
Simple and effective. Inside it is a rotor with a dual spray nozzles, powered only by the pressure generated by the oil. After the equipment is opened, the oil in the tank is sent to the rotor through the pump. After the oil is full of the rotor, it is sprayed out along the lower part of the rotary plate, and the driving force makes the rotor rotate at a high speed. Its rotating speed can reach more than 4,000 to 6,000 R.P.M., and the force generated is more than 2,000 times that of gravity, which directly drives impurities out of the oil by centrifugal force. Hard and sharp abrasive metal material, plus the residue of vacuum oil filters that wear parts or spoil oil, even as small as 1μm can be removed. The separated impurities are attached to the impurity collection cover in the rotor, and only need to be cleaned regularly. In addition, because the proportion of water is larger than that of oil, under the action of centrifugal force, the water is separated from the oil and exists in the oil tray in the rotor, which can be removed only when cleaning. The filtered oil flows directly back into the tank through gravity.
