Purchase and installation: the cement foundation must be horizontal and firm, placed in a position convenient for operation and use, and there should be flexible joints at the connection of lines and pipelines connected with the centrifuge; The suspension is directly pumped into the centrifuge by gear pump. The concentration and viscosity of the feed affect the feed flow and output. Large sundries and materials with large particles, especially metal blocks, should be avoided in the oil; Before starting the machine, the oil filling of each lubricating system should meet the requirements, check whether each feed pipe is fastened and correct, all connecting bolts should be fastened, the pin shaft should be loose, and the belt should be properly tensioned;

In case of emergency during actual use, the machine can be shut down for maintenance without cleaning.

Regular maintenance:

Our customers should check the belt drive once every other day, check the tightness of bolts at all parts, check the fixation of electrical components once a week, check the bearing temperature in a timely manner, check the damping anchor once a month, keep all parts of the whole machine clean and free of dust deposits, pay attention to the sound operation and fastening of oil transmission pipelines, and the main power supply should be in a power off state after daily shutdown.
