2： Operation

1. Add the hot crude oil of machine press into 1-1.5% hot salt water and stir it fully. The purpose is to ① dephosphorize, because phosphorus will cause osteoporosis and other diseases to human body, so one of the national oil standards is the limit of phosphorus index content, H2O The combination reaction of NaCl (salt water) and phosphorus P forms heavy salt Na2P5O (sodium phosphate) and H2 ↑ (hydrogen) ② adding salt water makes the water absorbed by fine particles heavier;

2. Turn on the power supply of the centrifugal oil filter, and then add the salinized crude oil. The crude oil flows from the flow pipe of the oil hopper through the hollow shaft at the upper end of the centrifuge to the nylon small disk at the bottom of the drum. The small disk quickly distributes the crude oil evenly to the inner wall of the drum. At this time, the strong centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating drum will separate the solid and liquid with different weights. Turn off the power supply 2-3 minutes after the crude oil is added, After the drum stops running, the clean oil will flow out automatically to achieve the purpose of fine filtration. It only takes 5-6 minutes before and after filtration, and the filtration amount is 250-350 kilograms of oil per hour.

3. Slag removal

① The slag removal in the drum is 800-1200 kg for one time. Large diameter: large diameter bearing is used, and the upper cover is not required to be opened. The machine can be stopped at any time for slag removal, which is convenient and fast. The slag around the inner wall of the drum shall be cleaned every time, otherwise the drum will be biased due to incomplete slag cleaning, resulting in machine vibration during re-filtration.

② The outer bucket is cleaned every 7-10 days. After opening the upper cover of the outer bucket and the upper cover of the inner bucket respectively, remove the small screw on the small disk in the middle of the bottom of the inner bucket. Then two people lift the inner bucket vertically and forcefully to clean the bottom of the outer bucket. After cleaning, reinstall the inner bucket, put the small disk and O-ring at the bottom of the inner bucket in place (to prevent oil leakage and sealing), and tighten the small screw (not too tight to prevent twisting), Close the upper cover of the inner barrel and the upper cover of the outer barrel and start the machine again. It is strictly forbidden to start the machine without installing it,

4. For the use of centrifugal oil filter, the foundation concrete shall be prefabricated, and the foundation bolts shall be embedded according to the distance of three foundation bolt holes. The prefabricated concrete surface shall be horizontal, and the rubber shockproof pad shall be added between the prefabricated surface and the equipment foundation.
