1. The lubrication of the oil sunflower oil press shall be checked after every 50 hours of operation. The oil cup on the reducer shall not be short of oil. The bearing in the adjusting screw of the oil sunflower oil press screw shaft shall be filled with butter once per shift from the adjusting screw hole. Dry grinding is strictly prohibited.

2. Each lubricating oil part shall be protected from dust and other impurities. Customers who need to check the oil quality of the reducer of the oil sunflower oil press once a year, and replace all the oil if it is found to be deteriorated.

3. When the press capacity of the oil press is reduced and the cake or oil output is abnormal, the screw shaft shall be pulled out to check the wear of the screw, the bar and the cake ring. The wear parts of the oil sunflower press shall be replaced in time.

4. At the end of each shift, the residual cake in the oil sunflower oil press shall be cleaned, and the dust and oil dirt on the surface of the machine shall be cleaned.

5. When stored for a long time after the end of the production season, the oil sunflower oil extractor should be maintained once, and the screw extractor, the strip extractor and the cake extractor should be cleaned and reapplied, and placed in a dry place
